Connect to the unattended device
To connect to the unattended device, you will need to install the SetMe Expert console. You can establish a connection only if the unattended device is currently in an Online status. The connection is established with the device's console session. You can access the remote device even if it doesn't have a physical display (i.e., it's a headless server). Multiple users can connect to the same unattended device – in this case, all of them will be working in the same console session.
You can connect to the unattended device if any of the following conditions are met:
- You are the unattended device manager
- You are an administrator
- The manager has granted you access to the unattended device
In the Last connected column, you can view the most recent time when you or someone else from your organization accessed the remote device.
You can also connect to multiple devices at once from your unattended list.
If valid user credentials are saved on the remote device, you can sign in using those credentials when controlling the remote desktop. The remote user can add or modify their credentials via the unattended app. The credentials are securely stored on the remote device and not transferred anywhere.
In the Recent tab, you can view the last 20 devices you connected to.
